 La dichiarazione di Medel sulla proposta di  limitare la libertà di espressione in Francia per la magistratura.

Durante l'esame del disegno di legge organica "sull'apertura, la modernizzazione e la responsabilità della magistratura", i senatori hanno approvato un emendamento volto a disciplinare  la libertà sindacale, che  dovrà essere esercitata "nel rispetto del principio di imparzialità che si applica ai membri della magistratura" .
