<span>Il conferimento di un ufficio direttivo non deve essere un premio alla</span><br>
<span>carriera ma deve valorizzare il merito nell’esercizio della giurisdizione e</span><br>

<span>Spesso i dirigenti vengono scelti facendo una prognosi sulle loro capacità</span><br>
<span>ed è fondamentale il momento della conferma, quando si verifica il lavoro</span><br>
<span>svolto nel quadriennio.</span><br>

<span>Per questo, in occasione delle conferme, è importante essere attenti ed</span><br>
<span>ascoltare la voce degli uffici.</span><br>

<span>Confermare un dirigente che non ha dato buona prova di sé significa</span><br>
<span>consentirgli una gestione non ottimale dell’ufficio o nel futuro di</span><br>
<span>trasferirsi a dirigere un altro ufficio, con pregiudizio per i cittadini</span><br>
<span>che a quell’ufficio chiedono giustizia.</span><br>

<span>Ne era consapevole anche il vicepresidente del Csm quando, all’inizio della</span><br>
<span>nuova consiliatura, ha esaltato la “procedura di conferma dopo i primi</span><br>
<span>quattro anni di esercizio dell’incarico, che consente di verificare la</span><br>
<span>correttezza ed utilità delle scelte operate e prorogarle per ulteriori</span><br>
<span>quattro anni o al contrario rivederle ponendo fine all’esperienza di</span><br>
<span>direzione di chi si sia dimostrato non adeguato”.</span><br>

<span>Non ne sono consapevoli invece i consiglieri togati eletti nelle liste di</span><br>
<span>Unicost e Magistratura Indipendente e quelli laici rappresentativi dei</span><br>
<span>partiti di destra, dai quali proviene proprio l’attuale vicepresidente.</span><br>

<span>Abbiamo, infatti, appena letto che i consiglieri di Magistratura</span><br>
<span>Indipendente e Unicost insieme ai laici rappresentativi dei partiti di</span><br>
<span>destra hanno votato per la conferma del Presidente del Tribunale di Bergamo</span><br>
<span>e del Presidente di sezione della Corte di appello di Torino, nonostante i</span><br>
<span>pareri, del consiglio giudiziario competente, negativo (e unanime) nel</span><br>
<span>primo caso, e positivo ma a maggioranza nel secondo caso.</span><br>

<span>Spesso si dice che i colleghi non segnalano i dirigenti meno capaci. In</span><br>
<span>questo caso invece i campanelli d’allarme erano stati suonati ma la stabile</span><br>
<span>maggioranza che governa questo consiglio non li ha sentiti.</span><br>

<span>Gli uffici giudiziari italiani ed i tanti magistrati che lavorano senza</span><br>
<span>tregua meritano dirigenti adeguati e soprattutto meritano che i loro</span><br>
<span>rappresentanti in Csm facciano fino in fondo il loro dovere, senza</span><br>
<span>indulgere nella difesa corporativa di chi non sempre è stato all’altezza</span><br>
<span>del suo compito.</span><br>
